A scenery & wildlife safari tour stopping at the Ol Pejeta Wildlife Sanctuary and the Samburu Game Reserve in 4 days, 3 nights. Tour provides opportunities to view the snow-capped peaks of Mount Kenya and wildlife at the Ol Pejeta game sanctuary. You shall marvel at the diversity of Kenya’s climate zones and spot unique animal species at Samburu including Grevys Zebra, Reticulated giraffe, Oryx, Somali ostrich, Gerenuk, Chimpanzee Rhino etc.. Safari departs Nairobi and proceeds via the central highlands of Kenya with subsistence, pineapple, coffee and tea plantations along the route. Transport and game viewing drives is by custom designed open top safari minivan. Option of a pop up top 4 x 4 land cruiser jeep is at an extra cost. Choose economy, comfort or luxury safari lodge / tented camp option according to your holiday budget / style.

DAY 1 : NAIROBI – OL-PEJETA (220KM: APPROX: 3-4 HOURS)

0730hrs:Pick up from Nairobi airport /Nairobi area hotel Leave Nairobi for the Mount Kenya national park

DAY 2: OL-PEJETA – SAMBURU (180 KMS, APPROX: 3 HRS)

Proceed to the Samburu Game Reserve. The easy scenic drive is via the Kenya highlands and the semi-arid frontier district . Along the breath taking drive we shall experience four climatic zones. Afternoon game viewing drives along the banks of Ewaso Nyiro river. What you may see at Amboseli National park Elephant, Cheetah, Buffalo, Mongoose, Hyrax, Dik-dik, Zebra, Lion, Lesser Kudu, Nocturnal porcupine and prolific birdlife

DAY 3: SAMBURU

Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Day shall be spent at the Samburu game reserve with unlimited game viewing drives along the banks of the Ewaso nyiro River. Lion, grevy’s Zebra,Cheetah, Bufallo, Elephant, Oryx, reticulated Giraffe, somali ostrich etc are among the many animal species seen at the samburu game reserve.

DAY 4: SAMBURU- NAIROBI

Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch
Early morning game viewing drive. Depart Samburu game reserve for Nairobi. Safari finishes approximately at 4:30 pm
